Empowered Educators: Art & Race Talk

Empowered Educators is an ongoing partnership between Carnegie Museum of Art, Center for Urban Education at U Pitt, Remake Learning, and the Western PA Writing Project. For four years, the program has worked with hundreds of educators with an ongoing core community of practice to use the exhibits of the museum as a catalyst to practice engaging in "Race Talk." Our talk will review four years of collective learning, including specific questions and activity modules to take with you.

Programming descriptions are generated by participants and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of SXSW.
