Hilary Sedovic
Hilary Sedovic is a social work professional passionate about supporting the co-creation of interventions that will promote equitable community outcomes through systems change. Curiosity and growth mindset are foundational to her being, which typically looks like pointing at things and saying, “Why?” or “Tell me more.”
As Learning & Education Manager at Creative Reaction Lab, Hilary designs and facilitates workshops supporting institutions and individuals seeking to better understand and center equity and inclusion in their practice, develops curricula and other tools for the Equity-Centered Community Design process, and manages evaluation strategy.
A systems thinker and self-proclaimed evaluation geek, Hilary is forever contemplating interconnectedness, process, leverage points, outcomes, access, power, and equity and is a founding member of the Evaluation Association of St. Louis.
Hilary also supports her local community as a lead facilitator of the Witnessing Whiteness program through YWCA Metro St. Louis, guiding racially-caucused white groups of community participants through facilitated discussion and activities to support positive racial identity development that will spur action toward dismantling racism and promoting racial equity.
