What are the roles of equity, history, and power in shaping narratives in education? How might we design more equitable systems through the lens of personal and organizational humility-building? In this interactive introductory workshop, participants will learn about and apply award-winning Equity-Centered Community Design strategies to examine how their own identities and opinions have been influenced and how they, in turn, shape narratives that can either dismantle or perpetuate inequity.
