Marshall Lott
Marshall Lott is a national expert on college access and completion, with more than two decades of experience leading educational initiatives for low-income and first-generation students.
Marshall serves as Senior Regional Partnerships Director at College Track, the national nonprofit he joined as Founding Executive Director in 1997. During his tenure at College Track, he has served as Chief Advocate of College Completion and Chief Operating Officer, seeing the organization through its national expansion and service to thousands of students. Under Marshall’s guidance, College Track established strong relationships with school administrators, principals, teachers, businesses (nonprofit and for-profit), and local governments to increase resources for the organization and its students, and developed a culture that attracted and retained a highly diverse staff.
In his current role with College Track, Marshall creates and manages college, corporate, and scholarship partnerships and social mobility initiatives that complement and enhance student outcomes for high school and college completion programming.
Marshall holds a bachelor’s degree from Morehouse College and an MBA from Santa Clara University. Marshall was the first in his family to earn a college degree.
