Kim Zimmer
Kim has worked in education for 15 years in both the public and private sector and has served as both an technology administrator and teacher. As the Technology & Innovative Learning Coordinator for Vail Mountain School, Kim supports teachers in grades K-12 with curriculum technology/STEAM/project based learning integration and conducts school wide trainings. Kim also designs technology courses and curriculum for our lower, middle and upper school and serves as Department Chair for the Innovative Learning Team. She facilitated the creation of our school makerspace and currently teaches two 9th grade technology courses: “Design Thinking for Innovation” and “Technology and Information Literacy”. Kim is also a Google Certified Innovator.
