Erika Roach

Erika Roach (She/Her) is the Assistant Director of Stanford University's Inclusion and Diversity Education (DGen) Office. In her role, she teaches courses in intergroup communication and facilitates campus-wide workshops on topics including identity, inclusion, and bias. Erika previously worked at the Stanford Center for Youth Mental Health & Wellbeing, where she organized the national Adolescent Mental Wellness Conference and helped launch the Mental Health Technology and Innovation Hub. Erika serves on the boards of ACPA's Multiracial Network and Ignite Mental Health. She is deeply interested in the intersection of identity, belonging, and wellbeing and how this impacts mental health and academic outcomes.
