Jesse Kraft

Jesse Kraft has served as a public school educator and leader for 24 years, including 11 years as principal in Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS). He is the recipient of the 2019 Outstanding Principal Award for FCPS and has spearheaded innovations and accomplished school improvement in two Title I schools. He has presented nationally and published articles based on his experiences on a wide range of educational issues including STEM education, Professional Learning Communities, equitable practices, and family engagement. He is married to a teacher and has 3 school-aged children at home in Centreville, Virginia.
