Jean Mckenzie

Jean an entrepreneurial leader with a passion for developing strong teams, fostering innovation, and building purpose-driven brands. As a former CEO, President, and Executive VP, she's had the opportunity to work in both small startups and Fortune 500 companies. During her career, she's led creative and high-performance teams, building some of the best-loved brands for children – Fisher Price, LeapFrog, Barbie, Disney, and American Girl. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to share what she has learned. She was appointed to the boards of the Mattel Children’s Foundation and 21st Century Learning. She currently serves on the Strategic Development Board at the University of Missouri. Through this connection, she has had the opportunity to speak to groups about her experiences and people comment on the infectious passion and energy she brings into all that she does.
