As the Latinx population continues to grow and drive our economy, Latinx leadership is lagging behind. Now more than ever, we need Latinx leaders in positions of power. Bold action and disruptive structural change is needed to claim our power and add our voices in decisions impacting the Latinx community. This meetup will convene to recognize what is needed to be done to increase Latinx college student passion to be in leadership positions throughout the country.
