Girls Need Love Too: What Will It Take to Thrive?

Panelists will discuss the state of education for Black and Brown girls and gender non-conforming youth and the institutional impact that gendered racism has on their mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and academic wellness. Panelists will imagine what steps it will take to create a world where these youth can thrive and join their peers at the forefront in conversations about educational equity. Audience members are encouraged to take part in this collective brainstorm and healing session.
