Great educators know their own strengths. The best educators also know the strengths of their students. After decades of research, the Gallup organization identified 34 talent themes that are common among individuals around the world. As expected, not everyone shares the same strengths. In this workshop, we’ll use these 34 themes to understand and articulate how educators and administrators can leverage strengths-based learning to develop themselves and better personalize learning for students.
