On our campuses we are educating students who will face challenges unfathomable to past generations. Solving increasingly complex problems will require us to embrace our collective intelligence and uniqueness, and harness the power of one of our nation's greatest strengths - its uncommon diversity. It is our moral obligation as leaders to foster environments that employ diversity of thought to confront the threats of an uncertain future. To do this we must get in front of the challenges on our campuses, and as issues arise remain rooted to our principles and assertive in our communication.
