Leveraging Policy for Safe & Healthy Schools

Following shootings in Parkland and Santa Fe in 2018, states passed a flurry of policies to govern school safety. NASBE and Child Trends recently mapped this landscape across nearly 200 topics. Joined by CCSSO, they will discuss the implications of existing and new school health and safety policies and strategies to move towards a more integrated framework.
