Imagine schools empowered by justice-driven scientists creating solutions to inequities that plague our society. “Can we teach social justice & science at the same time?” The real question is: how can we not? From the stolen DNA of Henrietta Lacks to CRISPR technology and a future with ‘designer babies’—social justice and science have merged.
