The Future Is on the Field: Empowerment via Sports

There is a critical need in industry, particularly STEM fields, to develop a culture of inclusivity and empower all types of people to feel like they belong. The 40M American kids playing sports represent a diverse, networked audience, relatively untapped by traditional education. A new non-profit is working on creating cultural shifts at scale with a radically new set of learning pathways through sport that amplify life lessons of equity, empathy, and empowerment, reaching 5M teenagers by 2021.
