We will examine institutionalized racism through an interstectional feminist lens. Using experiential learning activities, we guide participants in learning concepts of institutionalized racism, intersectional identity, and media literacy. We encourage participants to take these activities back to their work, incorporating this experiential learning in classrooms, leadership development, and in their daily work.
