In order to create an inclusive tech workforce, we need inspiring pathways for young students to discover careers in tech. In this talk, we will break down approaches that have been successful with rural communities, examples from a program that has seen success with rural participants, and how we're working with teachers and families to spark an interest in tech where resources can be sparse.
