The Role of Black Parents in Educational Advocacy
We will examine the role of Black parents, teachers, students and community members in advocacy to create a racially equitable and just education system. We will look at the Every Student Succeeds Act through the lens of stakeholder engagement. Nothing about us, without us is for us which is precisely why we seek to elevate the voices and experiences of Black parents, educators and students in this campfire session. Come "Get in Formation" with us as we connect and collaborate!
