Innovating for Adult Postsecondary Success

Today’s college students are older, more financially independent and are raising children. Nearly 40% of all postsecondary students are 25 or older and 22% are raising children – debunking the notion that all college student matriculate directly from high school. Without supports, these students stop out at higher rates than their younger peers. How is higher education innovating to meet the needs of this changing demographic?
