In the United States, family income largely determines who finishes a college degree. We need a different reality. This session presents a visual case study of seven institutions that are transforming themselves to enhance educational equity and access. The multi-year research project utilized design thinking, co-facilitation, and visual thinking to learn from institutions that include a small private historical black college to one of the largest urban public university in the nation.
