Preparing Students for a New Learning Economy

If we want our new technological society to be more inclusive, we will need a new model of education geared toward a learning economy, where most of the content learning takes place after graduation and graduates are valued less for what they know and more for what they can learn themselves. To do this, we will need a new what (a 3Rs of Relationships, Resilience and Reflection) and a new how (using behavioral science to "nudge" students to do the work only they can do) for education.
