Motivated by the critical imperative to better understand and address the gender biases that adhere early on in the STEM pipeline, our initiative takes an interdisciplinary approach to STEM education, infusing students’ technical training with leadership training through a lens of gender inequality. In our session, we will present research findings and engage with the community in a discussion about how to educate and empower change agents.
