Instituto Península, a Brazilian nonprofit, came up with a radically different idea: what if we approach teacher education considering all dimensions of teachers as humans? In a country where we have high levels stress & burnout among teachers and the challenges go way beyond what the traditional teacher education provides, we started implementing integral development journeys for teachers, considering body, emotions, mind and purpose.
