What is Culturally-Responsive Teaching and why do we keep hearing about it? While students of color currently make up half of public school enrollment, 80% of our teacher workforce is white. This mismatch can cause misunderstandings, classroom management problems and damage student achievement. Enter CRT. Learn from a team of Equity Warriors who've walked the talk, including the 2015 National Teacher of the Year, principals from East Harlem and Atlanta, and a literacy specialist from Austin.
