Dallas launched a Promise program in the fall of 2017 resulting in 35% growth in community college enrollment in one year. After a 3 million dollar investment from JPM Chase, the Dallas County Promise is actively helping other regions across Texas build talent pipelines to support over 5% of American high school students.
