Seats at the Table
Seats at the Table portrays a college class which brings together incarcerated and university youth through the study of Russian literature. The literature is the prism through which they share their most intimate human stories, discussing their lives openly and honestly. Both groups learn from the other while forming powerful relationships that break down their initial stereotypes. The students are transformed by this educational experience, inspired by the discovery of their shared humanity.
