Join Breathe For Change in the Wellness Studio at any point throughout the day to relax, recharge, and get connected with other passionate educators and leaders. We’ll be offering fun, stress-reducing sessions that equip educators with valuable self-care and SEL strategies. We have our signature Wellness Workshops at 10:30am and 4:30pm, yoga classes every hour on the hour, and mindfulness sessions at 20 minutes past the hour. Or, drop by anytime to enjoy a mindful moment and learn firsthand why educator well-being is essential for teaching and learning.

Relieve your stress and take some valuable time for self-care and community connections with Breathe For Change’s unique yoga style designed specifically for educators. Our practice will not only give you a much-deserved break to reset and recharge, it will also equip you with valuable strategies and insights for integrating yoga and mindfulness into education. These classes will take place on the hour every hour - so come on by throughout the day!

10:20-10:30 Mindfulness Session
Come give yourself a well-deserved break and enhance your toolkit with our unique mindfulness curriculum designed to enhance well-being in educators’ lives, relationships, and communities. This practice is valuable for complete beginners and for experienced mindfulness experts alike, and will provide participants with research-backed strategies for self-care and SEL.
