Design Protocol for Teacher Competency Development
Working in natural teams, participants will unpack with their peers the explicit and implicit skills that lead to competency development—creating learning progressions that inform curriculum and professional learning program design for teacher leaders. Participants will also begin a process for anticipating how teachers demonstrate competency development within their local context and practice, gathering artifacts of impact among students, peers, and decision-makers at all levels.
