Zero to Eight: The Media Habits of Young Children
This session will examine findings from a national survey on the role of media in young children’s lives: which platforms they are using, the activities or content they are engaging on those platforms, and how their media use patterns vary by age, gender, or socioeconomic status. Findings from the study can be used to inform approaches to positively influence children’s and families’ media environments. The session will also examine how media use has changed since 2011.
