Great teaching is certainly an art form, but technology can offer new ways to reach many millions of learners and teachers around the world, who lack access to traditional, experiential face to face courses. As a large organization serving hundreds of thousands of teachers and learners around the world, our challenge was to create online courses of equivalent impact.
