Recruitment and retention of qualified educators plague the early childhood field. The adults who work with children birth to five are often under-supported and inadequately compensated. How can we think differently about the workforce that cares for and educates young children? Our panelists will share how they use technology platforms to support and empower the adults who work most closely with young children through a distributed workforce model in both full-time and part-time programs.
