Summary

The panel discussion will feature young alumni from HBCU’s who have become outstanding advocates, innovators, entrepreneurs and educators. Given the participants' range of experiences, this panel will showcase how HBCU’s cultivate the talents of African American millennials. The panel will include perspectives regarding how students, alumni and administration from these institutions can continue to maximize the potential of students for graduate education, entrepreneurship and advocacy through human capital given these institutions’ relatively limited monetary capital. *Additional organizers include Desmond Delk, Langston University and Chris CutKelvin, The University of Texas at Austin.*
