An inBloom Day in the Life: Data Flow
Tuesday, March 5
2:00PM - 4:00PM
Hilton Austin Downtown Room 408
Summary
States, districts, schools, and classrooms - at every point in the K-12 public education system, student data is the fuel that powers decision-making. But what if that data can't be easily shared between the different tools and systems that teachers and school districts use? For many educators, lack of interoperability has resulted in data gridlock. In this workshop, we will see demonstrations of data flowing seamlessly from the district to the classroom level using the inBloom network and third-party tools and content all designed to work together. Technology providers will conduct live demonstrations to show how access to meaningful data empowers districts, schools and classroom educators to make more informed decisions about curriculum, assessment, and individual student needs. This workshop includes Microsoft's Rob Curtin.
