Elevating the Teaching Profession with Latinx Educators

What would it take to elevate the profession for teachers who identify as Latinx? Our panel of distinguished educators, activists, and policymakers will delve into the ways we can individually and collectively recruit and retain Latinx teachers through deep engagement, transformative accountability, and teacher leadership development. By helping to develop standards with justice and inclusivity in mind, teachers can better engage in the process of building a better profession.
