Beyond Impossible: How to Thrive in the Superintendency
Being a superintendent isn’t like previous roles; it is a completely different job that requires leaders to embrace new responsibilities and leave others behind. The very things that have made them successful in the past can morph into their kryptonite. Like all leadership passages, new superintendents must develop new skills and spend their time differently. They must embrace a new professional identity and leave behind work they loved and were good at. Learn more about these leadership passages and how we can start giving superintendents the support they need to succeed.
