Empowering Educators: Co-Creating with Teacher Partners

What do teachers really want from professional development experiences? We embarked on a year-long journey to answer this question with a cohort of K-12 educators. We collaborated with teachers as partners and co-developed a PD series focused on supporting student-led STEM classrooms. Our most valuable learnings, however, came through educator journal entries exploring how the co-creation process felt from their perspectives. This conversation will provide insight into building supportive co-creation environments where teachers can share their ideas and feel valued for their expertise.
