This session is part of 2025 Crossover Day. Attendance is open to all SXSW EDU registrants as well as all SXSW registrants. As always, SXSW strongly believes in the power of mixing creative communities.

It's no secret that rapid technological advances and evolving job demands are creating unprecedented challenges that require adaptive solutions from educational partners. To address this issue participants will experience a live demonstration of the Needs Navigator, a scalable and responsive tool designed to transform how we assess and address the disparity between the skills currently in the workforce and those demanded by employers. Attendees will then have the chance to apply this tool to their own adult education environment guided by workshop leaders and post session resources.
