This meet up will be a time for guided dialogue on humanizing asynchronous learning for adults. We will begin by providing strategies successfully used to humanize the learner, including reflection, using universal design to allow for autonomy and choice, and integrating joyful, creative moments to help learners remember their "why." While the meet up will be hosted by a team whose skillsets and passions align with the main topic, the other integral piece of this gathering is for attendees to bring their own thoughts, experiences, and success stories so everyone walks away with fresh ideas.
