This session is part of the special 2024 Crossover Day. Attendance is open to all SXSW EDU badgeholders as well as all SXSW badgeholders. As always, SXSW strongly believes in the power of mixing creative communities.

This session be an active, hands-on, workshop in which Dr. Kripa Sundar will coach participants through developing a logic model for their product/program using backwards design. The session will also help participants understand how to use the logic model to (i) define their theory of change statement, (ii) shape their product design, (iii) inform user and efficacy research, and (iv) pitch to customers and investors.
