Inspiring Curiosity in Mathematics

Math is the hardest sell in STEM. We lose students if we can't demonstrate the beauty of math and encourage their curiosity to learn more. Inspired by creative minds like Keith Devlin and Martin Gardner, this session invites participants to experience math through identifying, connecting, and predicting patterns. Come test Mobius strips, explore variables in topology, and learn why magicians love playing cards so much. Math is more than just numbers; it's the science of patterns.
