Haley Glover

Haley Glover is the senior director of UpSkill America. Prior to joining the Aspen Institute, Glover was a senior program manager at Amazon, where she led college programming for associates on Amazon’s Career Choice team, supporting associates to earn a college degree. Glover also served as strategy director at Lumina Foundation, leading efforts to reduce racial disparities in attainment, as well as portfolios for community mobility, employer-supported education, and institutional reforms. She holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education, English, and American history from Franklin College, a master’s in liberal arts from St. John’s College Graduate Institute, and a master’s in public administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
