Isis Martinez

Isis Martinez is a dedicated volunteer with the Girl Scouts of Central Texas, having served as a troop leader, board member, and, most importantly, a proud parent to a Cadette in her eighth year of Girl Scouts. Her own journey with Girl Scouts began in a school-sponsored troop during her elementary years in Brownsville, TX.

Professionally, Isis is a seasoned HR leader with over 22 years of experience in leadership roles across global, local, and nonprofit organizations. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a double major in Spanish and Psychology from St. Mary’s University. Passionate about mental health, she advocates for its role as a catalyst for positive change in both personal and professional settings.
