Vice President, The Allstate Foundation and Social Impact
The Allstate Foundation

Kate Nack serves as Vice President, The Allstate Foundation and Social Impact. In this role, Kate oversees the Foundation’s signature social impact programs, including efforts focused on youth empowerment, relationship abuse, and workforce readiness as well as nonprofit leadership development, disaster relief and Allstate agency owner and employee volunteerism. She also oversees Allstate’s corporate philanthropic work at the intersection of driving social impact and creating business value.

Kate began her career in the nonprofit healthcare sector focused on corporate fundraising, grant writing and donor relations, and she found the perfect fit in The Allstate Foundation in 2005 when she helped develop and launch the award-winning Teen Safe Driving program. Since then, she has taken on a variety of roles within the social responsibility and strategic business communication space within Allstate.
With nearly 30 years of experience, Kate focuses on building, shaping and delivering programs that make organizations move through collaborative teamwork, mutually beneficial partnerships and strong results.

Kate serves on the Social Innovation Leadership Council, The Allstate Foundation of Canada Board and as a Little Free Library Steward. In her spare time, Kate enjoys reading, traveling and watching her two teenage boys play numerous sports. Many years ago, Kate was an Olympic athlete, and to this day, she carries the life lessons of that time with her.
