Aneka Bruce

Aneka Bruce is a passionate educational leader with the goal of providing equitable access to mathematics for all students through curriculum writing & professional development facilitation. In her role as the Director of Content for Mathematics, Aneka will support the curriculum development & math adoption in the Yakima School District. Prior to joining Leading Educators, Aneka taught middle and high school level mathematics throughout her tenure in the NYC Department of Education in her hometown of Brooklyn, NY. She then transferred those skills outside of the classroom as a Math Intervention Manager, Instructional Coach, and Assistant Principal in middle and high schools in Southeast DC.
