Pauline Strong

I am currently the President of the UT Austin chapter of the American Association of University Professors. I have served as President of the Difficult Dialogues National Resource Center and the Society for Cultural Anthropology. I also served as Councilor of the American Society for Ethnohistory, and on the board of editors for Cultural Anthropology. My university service includes chairing the Graduate Assembly, the Committee of Counsel on Academic Freedom and Responsibility, and the Faculty Advisory Committee on the Budget. My community service includes serving on the advisory board of Migrant Clinicians Network and previous roles as Board President and Director for Camp Fire USA Balcones Council.
