Tim Frost

Tim Frost is an optimist, speaker, disability advocate, & music producer. In 2020 Tim began using his social media as a platform to highlight the joys, hardship and quirks of caring for Odin, his wildly creative disabled son. Now, with an engaging robust online community, Tim promotes inclusivity and kindness with daily educational videos of living with disability. Tim hopes to create more capacity for love, empathy & inclusion for folks who move and take up space differently in this world. Tim has an ability to allow love to tangibly flow through the screen—making the catchphrase tagged on the end of every post, “Love Wins!” really real. Tim is also an award-winning documentarian of It’s A Good Day the short film. He authored a memoir The Family Portrait:A Journey of Hope through the Eyes of the Fatherless and was a contributor to Upworthy x National Geographic’s recent book Good People. Tim resides in East Texas with Odin and his dream-inspiring wife of 24 years.
