As a servant leader and workforce development futurist, I work to inspire others to dream more, do more, and become more. As the founder of innovative and global workforce development strategies, such as the Servant Learning model of education and the Learning Lunchbox model of engagement, these "people-first" initiatives demonstrate the power of partnerships through service - powering our future workforce. As Mother Teresa once stated, "you can do things that I cannot do, I can do things that you cannot do, together, we can do great things." This concept of leadership is echoed by Dr. King in the notion that "everybody can be great, because anybody can serve." I hope to join you in our work together in this service-minded journey.
