As a servant leader and workforce development futurist, I work to inspire others to dream more, do more, and become more. As the founder of innovative and global workforce development strategies, such as the Servant Learning model of education and the Learning Lunchbox model of engagement, these "people-first" initiatives demonstrate the power of partnerships through service - powering our future workforce. As Mother Teresa once stated, "you can do things that I cannot do, I can do things that you cannot do, together, we can do great things." Over a decade of experience in education, business development, strategic planning, philanthropic engagement, fundraising, legal analysis, effective management, government practice, public policy formulation and implementation, building and cultivating critical relationships, and execution of organizational vision and goals. A honed knowledge in successful management and communication practices with extensive experience in creating collaborative partnerships for engagement with C-level corporate and non-profit leaders.
