Sugeni Perez-Sadler
Dr. Sugeni Pérez-Sadler is a social impact leader with over 20 years of experience shaping systemic change in K-12 education, higher education, and workforce development. As the Senior Director of Student Pathways Policy for New York City Public Schools, she oversees policies that impact 1.1 million students across more than 1,600 schools, fostering pathways to college, careers, and economic mobility.
A first-generation college graduate and the daughter of low-income Dominican immigrants, Sugeni brings both professional expertise and a deeply personal commitment to advancing equity and creating innovative policies and programs that equip students with real-world skills and opportunities. She holds a doctorate in Education Administration from St. John’s University and dual master’s degrees from Princeton University.
