Maria McEachern

Maria McEachern has spent the last six years living in the Canadian Arctic with her husband and their pup, Sully. She is an Educational Consultant that is passionate about embedding Mindfulness and Positive Psychology practices into schools and workplaces. A graduate of Mindfulness-Based Teaching and Learning, Maria integrates her past trainings into her work and personal life; promoting intentionality, creative flow and aligned action. She finds much joy sending snail mail, drinking extra hot coffee, folks with sharp wit, and the rare satisfaction of finishing a long hike with no blisters.
