Noelle Thiering

Noelle is on a mission to nurture the nurturers, ensuring that teachers thrive and students succeed. Currently serving as a K-3 literacy coach at Austin ISD, she brings expertise in early literacy instruction, scaling district-wide initiatives, and a deep commitment to the lifelong learning of the mind-body-heart connection. She also holds a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in Education from Columbia University.

In addition to her district work, Noelle is the founder of Solara Learning, a wellness and literacy coaching company dedicated to supporting educators in achieving resilience, balance, and fulfillment. She specializes in empowering teachers to unlock their unique potential and well-being, while partnering with administrators to design exemplar instructional models and promote sustainable practices that benefit educators and students alike.
